Bravo Electro Components introduces the CQB100W Series of 100 watt / 30 Amp Quarter Brick DC/DC Converters offering an ultra-wide input range of 18~75 VDC.  These high-density dc/dc converter products are ideal for use in battery operated applications and systems that must operate with either 24 or 48VDC Input.

The CQB100 Series offer 100 watts / 30 Amps of power with 4 single output models offering output voltages of 3.3 / 5 / 12 / 15 / 24 VDC.    These models are fully encapsulated with a baseplate with standard M3 inserts.   Standard features include 1500 VDC Isolation; -40~+100ºC Baseplate operating temperature range; industry standard quarter brick pin assignments;  ±10% voltage trim range;  remote on/off control (positive or negative logic options);  remote sense function; and RoHS compliance.

Cincon TR100

100 Watt Desktop Power Supply in Miniature Package

Bravo Electro Components introduces the TR100 Series of 100 watt high-density desktop power supplies measuring only 5.91 x 2.76 x 1.38”.  These desktop power supplies are ideal for use in portable and OEM applications requiring external power that can operate on AC Input sources from around the globe.

The TR100 Series feature 100 watts of power with 10 single output models offering output voltages ranging from 12~48 VDC.    The TR100 desktop power supplies feature Universal AC (90~264 VAC): a 3-prong IEC-320 C14 AC Inlet; Over-Voltage Protection; Over-Current Protection; and Short Circuit Protection.  These supplies are safety certified to UL60950-1 / TUV EN60950-1 and bear the CE Mark (Low Voltage Directive) for applications throughout the world with FCC / EN55022 Class B Emissions.  For greater flexibility, these supplies may be configured with a wide selection of standard DC Output Connectors.

Lighted and Vandal Resistant Push-Button Switch 

Bravo Electro Components introduces the MPI002 Series of lighted and vandal-resistant push–button switches.  Manufactured of stainless steel and designed with a high resistance to wear and tear, corrosion and harsh use in potentially hostile environments such as access control applications.

The MPI002 Series of push-button switches feature an illuminated ring of LED light available in red, green, amber, blue and white colors.  The switches are manufactured of stainless steel and are sealed to IP66 standard for corrosion-free and reliable performance.   The switches standard features include:  22mm diameter; Bright LED’s for daylight viewing;  separate terminals for LED power; Dielectric strength up to 2kV (contact to panel);  seals rated to IP66 / EN60952 standards; gold-plated contacts; and reliability of rated for 35,000 Electrical / 750,000 Mechanical contacts (minimum).

xupXUP Series Modular Power Supply

Bravo Electro Components introduces its XUP Series of Modular / Configurable Power Supplies. The low noise/ripple of less than 10mV(typical) and wide operating temperature of -40~+75° make these ideal for sensitive equipment in harsh environments. The power supplies are SEMI F47 compliant making them a suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment use.

The XUP family of products consists of four power chassis that are 2.5” tall and 7.3” deep. The 2UP chassis is width is 4.13” with space for up to 2 output modules; 3UP is 5.00” and accepts up to 3 modules; 4UP is 5.88” and accepts 4 modules; and 5UP is 6.75” wide and accepts 5 modules. Output modules offer single and dual outputs with wide adjustment ranges to cover any voltage requirement from 1.5~350VDC and ~200 Watts / 40 Amps per module. Outputs are adjustable from 5-100% using an external 0-10V trim voltage. VME/VXI signal sets, Single Wire Parallel, Remote on/off, Power Good, and AC Fail Signals are available per output module or globally. Total Output Power is rated up to 700 Watts @ 90~180 VAC / 1200 Watts at 180~264 VAC or total combined output power of the populated output modules (whichever is lesser).

Configurations are done in less than 2 weeks (typically) and units are safety approved to UL/cUL60950-1 and TUV EN60950-1. Pricing is as low as $487.00 for OEM quantities of 1200 Watt / 4-Bay Units. picDin Rail Mount Redundancy & Battery Management Modules

Bravo introduces two new DIN Rail Mount Power Supply Control Modules (DR-UPS40 & DR-RDN20) to enable Parallel / Redundant Operation and Battery Back up / UPS to a range of power products from 20~960 Watts. These supplies are ideal solutions for use in industrial applications (heavy industry level, criteria A) and electrical cabinets and enclosures.
 
The Battery Control Module (DR-UPS40) offers parallel connections to a 24 VDC BUS up to 40 Amps. Battery control functions allow battery status and control including test, polarity, fail and discharge functions. A Relay contact and LED Indicator allow monitoring of the DC BUS. The Parallel Redundancy Module (DR-RDN20) offers parallel/redundant connections with OR’ng Diodes rated for 24V and up to 20 Amps. Relay contact signal and LED Indicator are available for input failure indication. Both modules measure 4.93 x 3.94 x 2.18” and are in compliance with EN61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,8, ENV50204, heavy industry level, criteria A. Connections and Block Diagrams are directly on the faceplate of these modules to simplify field connections.
